While we are developing recipes across the entire spectrum, we have a few that are our personal favorites. We're still deciding on names for them, and would be happy to take suggestions via our contact page.
Chocolate Covered Pecan Porter
This beer uses dry-roasted pecans from Valdosta's own South Georgia Pecan Company, local raw honey, local sugar cane syrup, and heavy chocolate malt to taste like it's namesake: A chocolate covered pecan.
This American ale is great for hot summer days at the lake, by the pool, or on the beach. Its light and crisp, but with the body and flavor to remind you why you decided to make the jump to craft beer.
Dry hopped with a blend of citrus and floral hops, this medium bodied IPA has the aroma and flavor that IPA lovers crave.
Our annual trips to Helen, GA for the infamous domestic Oktoberfest inspired this ale version of a traditional Marzen. Its has a medium to full body, a malty flavor, and a clean dry finish. Prost!
The closest Georgia brewery is 120 miles away. We want to be South Georgia's first brewery. Come by after work to try the newest batch, or if you're just passing through, hop off of I-75 for a delicious libatious respite.
We chose the Azaela City for several reasons. We all met at VSU, the people are outstanding, and the area is beautiful. What's missing? A brewery of course!
We are hard at work every single day to bring our dream to life. While not open yet, we will be soon!
Our founders met while attending college at Valdosta State University. We graduated and started both careers and families, yet somehow our friendship grew stronger. You could say it was the beer that introduced us in College, and now its the beer that is bringing us back together. However, this time that beer is crafted with the finest local ingredients, by our own hands, and is made to highlight and pay homage to the entire State of Georgia.
